You can connect with your virtual primary care provider via text, audio, or video. Sign in to your River Health account, select "See a Doc Online," and follow the prompts to connect with your provider.
Your primary care provider may order labs after an online or office visit. You will get a text or email from your River Health Advocate with your requisition form (the document containing your lab orders) and directions to the nearest partner lab. When your lab results are ready, you can view them in the River Health App.
River Health has an extensive network of primary care providers, OB-GYNs, retail clinics, and urgent care centers across the country. Log in to your account, and enter your address to see a provider directory.
The River Health Starter Plan does not include emergency, surgical, or maternal care. However, your River Health primary care provider can refer you to the right specialist or hospital.
Yes. You can still enroll in a River Health Primary Care Plan if you have a commercial health insurance plan, Medicare, or Medicaid.
River Health is not health insurance, so it is not an Affordable Care Act health insurance plan.
